note that in order to be able to make a call using our
Just Phone Call-back Account service, and experience
the massive savings in call costs, you must first have
opened a Call-back account and been issued with a PIN
or a unique access number..

CHECKER: HOW TO CHECK WHETHER YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS
BEING PRESENTED TO OUR SERVICE OR NOT
- From
your overseas landline or Mobile/Cellphone,
dial 00 1-212-487-0909 (some Mobiles
use the + sign instead of the initial 00). The call
will only last a few seconds and is a geographic landline
number in the USA.
- You
will hear a message which should give you a 4
digit code. Please write it down and compare
it with the last 4 numbers of your actual phone number.
- If
the numbers match, then your number is being presented
correctly and Call-back should operate.
- If
the numbers do not match, or your call is not connected,
please repeat 1-3 above by calling the numbers 0044
200001 1178 and 00 44207 1010139.
These numbers are both geographic landlines in London,
UK. Please clearly note down the result of each of
the calls you made.
- Please

check and let us have your full number and the 4 digit
code you were given.
- CLI
is an abbreviation for "CALLER LINE
IDENTITY" and is also known by the abbreviation
ANI
- If
no CLI or ANI is detected, then we do have another
call-back solution for you - Call-back Special
where we provide you with a unique access number.
HOW TO
MAKE A CALL USING CALL-BACK DIRECT

Dial the Service Access Number
that we will provide.

After one or two rings you
should hear a "tone", and you should then
hang up.

The service should then “call-back”.

When requested, enter your PIN
- normally 12 digits - followed by the pound (hash)
key.
-
Then dial your destination number
beginning 011 + country code + city code
(omitting initial zero) + local number.
- Example
to call the London UK number 0207 123 4567, dial 011442071234567
- To
speed up the dialling, add # (hash)
to
the end of a destination number.
- To
make a follow-on call dial * * (star star)
- To
terminate the call dial # #
(hash hash)
HOW
TO INITIATE A CALLBACK FROM YOUR OVERSEAS MOBILE USING
TEXT MESSAGING - SMS TRIGGER.
- In
some situations, it may not be possible to telephone
the access number directly. An alternative way to
arrange the call-back to your phone is by sending
a text message - normally from a mobile/cell phone
- to the following number: 001-416-875-1396.
- The
text message consists of a four digit code (3266)
followed by a <space> and the numerical PIN
that we have provided to you:
Example: 3266<space>970xxxxxxxx<space>
where 970xxxxxxxx is the PIN we allocated to you.
You can save this text message on your mobile and
re-use it again and again. (Please be careful to only
have one space where indicated)
- Immediately
after you send your text message, you will need to
clear your mobile/cellphone screen so that you can
dial up your destination number using the normal numeric
keypad function.
- You
should receive a callback within 10-15 seconds, and
the system will then tell you your balance and prompt
you to enter the destination number.
- You
should then enter the destination number starting
with 011-etc. as outlined above.
